The manufacturing facility, designed according to the rules of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), includes Quality Control and Microbiology Laboratories, Technical Services areas and Warehouse sections. The Manufacturing and Packaging sections utilize high-speed manufacturing and packaging lines that are equipped with the latest technology.
The highest level of product safety is ensured at the facility, which has validated ventilation systems where possible contamination risks are eliminated. Filling operation, carried out by product-specific equipment, is performed in a fully enclosed system.
The facility has a validated purified water system, routinely validated ventilation systems with HEPA filters, oil-free and water-free compressed air systems and auxiliary systems that primarily affect the product quality in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Within the ERP system, for which the computerized system validation has been completed, the Quality Management, Material Management, Manufacturing Planning, Human Resources, Warehouse Management, Maintenance, Sales and Finance modules are tracked, and all the critical phases of the processes are recorded in a controlled manner. In addition, weighing automation and QR code systems work in integration with the ERP.
Card access system, used in every area, prevents unauthorized personnel from entering controlled areas.
